Bracknell - Berkshire, A Town That is Tucked Away But Not Forgotten

Bracknell-Berkshire is a town that is located within the Bracknell Forest. The small town is surrounded on both the east and west side of it by the Swinley woods as well as the Crowthorne woods.

Bracknell was declared a new town in 1949, shortly after the aftermath that the Second World War had on it. Back when the town was declared to be a new town it was planned to be able to house around 25,000 people and it would have over 1,000 hectarates who resided in the town as well.

However, despite what everyone wanted for the new town it has since over expanded its growing capacity that was anticipated. The expansion of the town has actually taken over a lot of farm land as it is being built up. There are still renovations being done to the town even to this day.

The town center is still based around a 1960s design, and many are claiming that this site is actually desperately in need of some renovations. The church is considered to be at the heart of the entire town, surrounded by a few small shops, a school, and a Baptist church.

The neighborhoods of the town house about 3000 to 9000 people within them. A very attractive attribute of this small town is the arts center which is actually a building that dates all the way back to 1760. However, most of the building has been rebuilt in order to keep it operational.

The town consists of a large leisure center where native folk can go enjoy themselves. There is swimming, as well as athletic facilities and a coral reef water park that you are more than obliged to enjoy while in this small tucked away little town.
